It has been a crazy last few weeks with all so many orders going out this month (Thank you!) but what kept us chugging along at a fast pace was the prep for Bust a Move London! We joined forces with Bust a Move London a few months ago while the kick off party was being organized and had decided that we would donate 300 cupcakes to help celebrate such an amazing event! We chose to make Vanilla Caramel Latte Cupcakes which highlighted the filled cake with Dulche de Leche and than was topped with a mild but tasty Mocha Buttercream. We used the delicate Vanilla Cake recipe from Magnolia's Bakery that tasted sweet and buttery! All of the cupcakes were made in shop and than transported to location where my very good friend and assistant of the day, Amanda helped me buttercream swirl all 300. Everything went off with out a hitch and we had a great time putting the final project together. Thank you to Bust a Move that gave us the opportunity to be involved. We have already signed on to participate in the next upcoming events this awesome fundraiser is getting ready to celebrate! I wonder what flavour we should make next?
